Just watched The Goodman Games interview with Michael Moorcock (HERE). He is so affable and erudite still. Always a joy to see.
There are some nuggets of wisdom for game design in here:
"The one thing I do like about gaming particularly is that it demands structure... It's very satisfying to write for gaming people because they know there's got to be a logic to it, underlying the whole thing."
Although Moorcock is discussing narrative structure, it also applies for game structure.
I now feel very vindicated for my Stormbringer Redux project.
